Advert July 1983

If you want to know which computer to buy, ask your expert

A two-page Dragon Data advert from Computer and Video Games, July 1983: a girl in a mortarboard on one page, and on the other the pitch that children already know more about computers than their parents. The Dragon 32 is £175 here, as in the May 1983 price list.

• Price: £175.00, TV not included
• Processor: 6809E, "the most powerful eight bit processor available"
• Memory: 32K RAM, "at least twice the memory of most similarly priced machines"
• Keyboard: "Typewriter feel. Guaranteed for 20 million depressions."
• The pitch: "Some day, your child would become smarter than you."
